Fostering the little-known.
Philoi Global responds to the humanitarian gaps of persecuted minorities through relief, relocation, and resettlement.
In many parts of the world, Christians are forcibly displaced from their homeland due to persecution. Refugees, especially persecuted minorities, often encounter countless challenges in their search for safety. Globally, their difficulties are seldom known or noticed.
Through meaningful engagement, we equip displaced communities with durable relief solutions to meet their survival needs.
When they are forcibly displaced, we provide relocation support.
If safety is not possible within the region, we assist them to resettle in safer countries.
Through global advocacy, we seek to amplify the voices of our friends (φίλοι), whose struggles are little-known.
Our Mission
Why 'Philoi'?
Our Vision
The Need
Over the last two decades, the global number of forcibly displaced people has risen from 20 million to over 120 million.
This unprecedented crisis demands innovative and holistic responses. We exist to meet this challenge, offering a compassionate ‘frontline response’ with a missional focus on displaced churches and persecuted minorities. We work collaboratively across cultures and sectors to deliver resources, education, and support that enable individuals and families to thrive with dignity and resilience.
Despite challenges in policies, resources, delays, and increasing displacements, we are committed to supporting the forcibly displaced, walking with them as their ‘friends’ until they find safety.
"People often ask, 'Why Philoi?' The vision comes from my own journey.
I grew up and served in war-torn places as part of a persecuted religious and ethnic minorities. Over the past three decades, I have responded to some of the world's most difficult conflict zones, where I have witnessed firsthand the immense challenges faced by the persecuted minorities. I saw how mainstream humanitarian responses often overlooked the needs of persecuted minorities.
Philoi was born out of that experience. Our mission to walk alongside those who are forcibly displaced, not only as a humanitarian agency but as true friends. We believe friendship is central to our response, following the command of our Lord Jesus to love and stand with those who suffer."
— Jude Simion, Founder of Philoi Global

We Consult
Philoi Global partners with emerging and established initiatives around the world to strengthen program design, strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation – ensuring efforts are effective, sustainable, and aligned with community needs.
