This Christmas card was painted by a refugee from Rwanda who fled due to fear of persecution. His father was killed in the Rwandan genocide.

He expresses that although it hurts deeply to have no place where he and his family truly belong, he holds onto art as a way of surviving and sharing his experiences. His greatest wish is to use his talent to bring light, even from the darkness of displacement. The proceeds from this card sale will go towards supporting the forcibly displaced.
