Facilitating safe, legal pathways for persecuted minorities to rebuild their lives through work and opportunity.

Pathway Migration
Connecting persecuted minorities with safe migration and employment pathways.
Reference: TBD
Pathway Migration facilitates temporary and permanent pathway options for persecuted minorities through skilled employment. Many displaced Christians and other religious minorities possess valuable skills, experience, and resilience, yet opportunities to rebuild their lives in safety are often limited.
At the same time, many countries face workforce shortages in sectors such as construction, caregiving, agriculture, education, and manufacturing. Pathway Migration helps bridge this gap by connecting skilled individuals with meaningful employment opportunities and welcoming communities.
Working alongside local employers, churches, and global partners through the World Evangelical Alliance (WEA) and the Refugee Highway Partnership (RHP) Church-Sponsored Resettlement Working Group, we help create safe, legal, and sustainable pathways for people seeking protection and a fresh start.
How do we do this?
Pathway Migration connects individuals and families with complementary pathways and skilled migration opportunities. Through partnerships with employers, churches, and community networks, we help people rebuild their lives, use their skills, and become part of thriving local communities.
